3160581 - Cannot Resolve Comments as a Hub User

Symptom

Is there a reason I cannot resolve comments from the Collaboration Hub if I also have an Enterprise license? Why must I sign into the Process Manager when the Collaboration Hub is our default landing page? Please advise.


Resolution

This is working as designed. Users must have an Enterprise license and be signed as as Enterprise users in order to access the Editor, where comments can be resolved.
