3160592 - Accessing models created with the Journey Modeler feature in the Hub

We have licenses for the Customer Journey Modeler feature, but we are not able to see this feature or use it. There used to be a link for our Journey models in the Collaboration Hub, but it is not there anymore. How can we access it?

The removal of the link for journey models in Collaboration Hub has been a planned change with the full Hub integration. Journey models can now be found in the root folder under “Processes” in the Hub preview mode. Also for the interim, the old listing page of Journey models is still available:

Journeys are created via the “Create” button in the header of Collaboration Hub and can be organized with processes and other files in folders.
