Some users can see folders without any content in our Collaboration Hub. They see the folder on the left navigation side, but if they open the folder, they are getting the information, that this folder has no content.
Please open the "Access right"-tab in your user management. Afterwards, please check if the user has additional rights for this folder.
If this is the case, unfortunately this behaviour is a known bug in our current version (12.10.1) and the development is already informed about this problem.
