3160621 - Why does my Hub window suddenly shift to the Explorer environment?

Symptom

I have experienced around 3 to 4 times that suddenly my Hub window shifts to the Explorer environment.  Is this a known issue?


Resolution

The issue can occur if a user has both a Hub license and a Process Manager license (Classic, Enterprise or Enterprise Plus).

To resolve the issue, please log a ticket with Signavio Support in the portal: They will assist with removing the user from the Hub license, without loosing their Process Manager license.

Sometimes Administrators can add users to both licenses. However, the Process Manager already has Hub functionally, so it is not necessary for a user who has a Process Manager license, to also have a Hub license.
