Symptom
The ETL got cancelled with valid reason, but it worked second time without error, but data is not loaded to the investigation. What is going wrong?
Resolution
This is a known issue when you have multiple data models connected to one or more investigations with scheduler and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in our SAP Signavio Support Portal and reference the ticket number PEX-19808.
The current workaround recommended:
- turn off the scheduler for the integration OR,
- disconnect the integration from one of the data models.
