3160663 - In the Collaboration Hub, when I click on a Value Chain Collapsed Process it no longer goes to the Sub-process in 1 click

From the Collaboration Hub Home Page, when I click on a Value Chain Collapsed Process custom icon, it’s bringing up a click-through panel, instead of going to the process.  Is there a way where I can configure the icon to go straight to the process?

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
