3160671 - Central User Management isn´t synchronising the users between Process Manager and Workflow

We are using the Central User Management, which is currently in the Beta-phase, to configure our Process Manager and Workflow licenses in one system. Now we are facing the issue, that the Workflow users in our Workflow organisation are much higher than the users, who should have Workflow licenses.

Currently the system isn't taking the Workflow users from the Process Manager and that is the reason why the number of users in your Workflow organisation is higher as expected.

Could you please open the Process Manager and click on Setup. Afterwards choose "Manage approval workflows". In the new window, select two times "Synchronize users with Workflow Accelerator". Afterwards, the synchronisation between the new Central User Management and the Workflow system will be done automatically.
