I have to change the language in every new diagram. Can I set my language as default language?

Describe the problem as the user would experience it.

The following facts are of relevance for the default language:

• In the Editor the diagram is always shown in the default Language, regardless of the individual chosen default language of the user interface.
• The default language for diagrams is set by the owner or admin of the workspace.
• The default language in a workspace is always identical for all users of the work space (i.e. when it's set to English all user see diagrams with English titles, even though the diagram has titles in other languages and the language of the user interface is in another language)
• By way of derogation, in the Collaboration hub preview the diagrams are shown in the locally set default language of the user interface
