3160761 - Can we send Signavio notifications to people that do not have an account?

We want to inform people about changes in Signavio that do not have an account yet. In this way, we could enhance involvement in our Process Management community in Signavio. Is there any chance to achieve it?

In Process Manager there is only the possibility that the user themselves could set up notifications. More about notifications you can find here: https://documentation.signavio.com/suite/en-us/Content/process-manager/userguide/activity-feed.htm#notification-configuration

Theoretically, if you want to send a notification to other people, you would need to use a dedicated email account, where you could set up a rule to forward respective notification mails coming from Signavio to a recipient/distribution list.
