Symptom


I need a report that allows me to report in detail the type of stuff I can get on a Governance Report – but I need to be able to do this per process. Also, hits per named user is something I need to start analyzing for adoption purposes. Is there a way we are able to get this done? I have enquired earlier, about a similar requirement and it was possible via an API.



Resolution


Support is not able to generate this type of report. However, API experts or DataStore product leads can assist. If you are looking to request assistance with a report detailing information on a per process basis, Support can work with the customer in reaching out to the both product and engineering teams through email and can work together in order to provide a timeline for possible workarounds. The purpose of these workarounds is to generate the following data over selectable periods: visualization per process model, and list of users’ accesses per process model.
