3160850 - The same API call randomly fails

We use API calls to check and update dictionary entries. Sometimes the API calls are not successful. We cannot see any difference between the calls, which succeed and those which fail. What could be the issue?

• LIBROUTEID if your host is https://editor.signavio.com
• AWSELB if your host is app-au.signavio.com or app-us.signavio.com

Due to the load balancing your first request (log in) will be routed to a certain backend server. The cookie contains the information about the server. If you do not use the cookie your request can be routed to an another backend server. In this case the API call cannot be processed properly.
