3160861 - What information is available if we delete a language in the multilanguage workspace?

We have a workspace that has more than one language maintained.  Now we want to delete one question to have all models aligned on one language. What do we have to take care about?

To explain the scenarios we take two languages as an example: German and English.

Scenario 1:
When the user adds the name of the attribute for example for english and german language and if the user removes the german language then the attribute name in the german language is deleted. However, the name provided in the main language is still maintained and this will be available for reporting as well.
So in summary the secondary language information is lost and only the information related to the main language is maintained.

Scenario 2:
When the user adds the name of the attribute only for the german language (secondary language) and does not add any name for English language (main language). And if the user removes the secondary language (German) from the workspace then the secondary language information is lost and since there is the name maintained in the main language this information is also not available.
So in summary, in this case, no name information is available since the main language is not maintained.
