Problem

I can't find my documents / diagrams.

Signavio has very high standards in point of data security. If you can't find the diagrams you are expecting to see, it had normally one of the following reasons:

• you have several workspaces on several infrastructures, like editor.signavio.com, app-us.signavio.com or app-au.signavio.com and logged into the wrong one
• you are a member of several workspaces and have been deleted from one. Afterwards you have been re-invited to the workspace.
• an administrator of the workspace restricted your rights on certain folders
• another member of your workspace deleted or renamed the diagram(s)

Please check as well the feed of the folder "Shared Documents". Therefore select the folder "Shared Documents" and expand the feed you find at the bottom of the explorer view. The activity feed often gives a hint what might be the reason, for example if diagrams were renamed or similar.
