3160891 - Sequence flow disappears when hiding XOR gateway from view

Whenever XOR gateways and the belonging sequence flows are hidden in stakeholder specific views, the elements before and after are not connected. Is there a way to keep the sequence flow that connects elements when hiding the XOR gate. 

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
