3160893 - Okta: How to update Username

Symptom


I would like change/update username(s) in SPM. We use Okta to login into Signavio. 



Resolution


If you changed their internal logins against Okta, then there's no change on the Signavio side. Try testing this- if users are getting an error message on the Signavio side, let us know what changed on your side for their Okta logins.
