3160902 - API license has no access to the Process Manager

Symptom



We are facing the issue that our API user cannot login into the Process Manager anymore. Currently the login is only possible via the SAML-integration as we also deactivated the manual login.



Resolution


Could you please check the password for your API user. In general, the API user is the only user who can login manually.
