Symptom

What rights does a technical user need in the Solution Manager 7.2. for the Signavio Service for the SAP Solution Manager 7.2?


Resolution

Please find below a step by step guide how to set up the user. Please note that this guide was written using our internal test system. Depending on the version and components installed, steps for your system might be different.

- new user (type: service - no login via UI possible)
- roles:
~ SAP_SM_SL_DISPLAY
~ SAP_SM_SL_EDIT_BPMN
~ adjusted version of SAP_SM_SL_ADMIN
~ double-click SAP_SM_SL_ADMIN and create a copy of it (e.g. with prefix "Z_")
~ go to Authorizations
~ edit authorizations
~ navigate to "Solution Manager" - "Solution Administration" - "Activity"
~ double-click the description next to "Activity" ("Create or generate, ...")
~ Activate activity 61 ("Export")
~ Save and generate
