3160921 - SAML-authentication shows a white page (SaaS)

Symptom


This Knowledge Base article is only for our SaaS-solution.

If I am authenticate myself with the SAML-authentication, I only get a white page. The URL in my browser is https://<SignavioServer>/intra/saml2endpoint. In the network analyze from the SAML-response I can see, that our SAML-server is redirecting to "intralink/saml2endpoint" and afterwards, I get directly routed to "intra/saml2endpoint".



Resolution


The ACS-URL for our system is currently not correctly configured in your SAML-server. Please delete the trailing ‘/’ for the endpoint. The correct endpoint has to be this one (Please choose the appropriate infrastructure for your link):

  • EU: https.//editor.signavio.com/intralink/saml2endpoint
  • US: https://app-us.signavio.com/intralink/saml2endpoint
  • AU: https://app-au.signavio.com/intralink/saml2endpoint
