3160928 - Dictionary categories are empty(OnPremise)

Symptom


My dictionary category shows a number of entries in the brackets but when I click on that category there are no entries.



Resolution


This could mean that the problem is a corrupted index, which can happen during a migration or update. Please follow these steps to recreate the index:

  1. Stop the Tomcat
  2. Delete the content of the folder <Tomcat>\webapps\solr\WEB-INF\conf\signavioIndex\data\index
  3. Delete the content of the folder <Tomcat>\Work
  4. Start the Tomcat

It can take up to an hour for the application to re-index. During that time the problem will persist. If you still have the same issue after that, please contact the support.
