Symptom
The Analytics report is showing all workflow cases instead of only showing the cases defined by the filters. Why is this happening?
Resolution
First check if the to show / hide fields conditions have an initial value. This hidden fields are only disabled in the user interface, but for the report the hidden fields are still activated and have the value for it. We would recommend to re-build the necessary forms of the Workflow process and use the Dictionary integration. In the Process Manager create a new dictionary category with custom attributes. Afterwards, use this category in the form to get the necessary initial values in depending of the chosen attribute.
