3160951 - Maintain process owners in a third party system for the use case "Approval Workflows"

We are using the Approval Workflow and the process owner has an active part. Maintaining their email address in the process is not very practical in case of changes. We would like to link the process owner to a user object of a third party system like MS Teams.

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
