How I can terminate an open session or stop users editing a model?
Resolution
The user did not log out of the session by clicking "Log out". This is why the message appears. Currently there is no way to terminate the session manually unless the user logs out of Signavio. There is an automatic log out after a period of time through the system. It usually takes eight hours until the process is going to be terminated automatically.
