3160967 - Glossary Excel Import does not update item if cell is empty

When updating glossary items via the excel import functionality, attributes with empty values in the xls are not considered at all and therefore not updated.

Previously empty cells where considered as empty attribute values and where therefore deleted during the update.

When updating dictionary items with the Excel import function, attributes with empty values in the XLS weren’t considered and therefore not updated. We’ve fixed this. Read more on the Excel import of dictionary items in this section.
