3160990 - Is there a automatic delegation for a task in Workflow Accelerator?

Problem

Some tasks can’t be completed because the people are on holidays. How can I create an automatic delegation for those tasks?

You can create an automatic delegation using the "escalation" functionality, please follow the instruction inside our user guide.

Note:If you update your workflow, it will apply to the new cases only.

The current cases won’t be updated, you will have to reassign manually the tasks that are already started. You can follow the instructions inside our user guide.
