Unable to add the decision making block in the diagram in QuickModel in SAP Signavio Process Manager.  Is there a way to add it?

Complex structural information like parallel tasks or exclusive gateways can only be added later in the Graphical Editor. If you don't have access to the Graphical Editor (SAP Signavio Process Editor), you will have to request a license/permission from your Signavio Administrator.
