SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have a task with escalation time set to 1 week from the date of creation but "escalate to" field has been left empty. I would like to understand as to who is assigned to this task after escalation time has hit.
The documentation of this process here says it'll be allocated to "Process Owner" but who is defined as "Process Owner" in this case, or how does the workflow know this information?
