3161008 - Removed Workflow Users not appearing in Off-boarding section

I have a list of removed users from Workflow Accelerator, but they are not appearing in the off-boarding section. It would be great to see everyone who I have removed in the off-boarding section. Please advise. 

When you remove users, they only show in the section for replacements if there is something to replace. If those users didn't have any open tasks assigned to them or weren't the owners of a workflow/report, then they will not show up in the replacement section, because there is nothing to do.
