3161015 - Workflow Analytics column is not populating

Symptom

We are having some issues with viewing information of our Process Approval workflow.  We included a  Process Owner column in Workflow Analytics. However, this column is blank even though we assign a process owner in every case.


Resolution

Root cause is that the same name has been added before at some point, then removed from the workflow but not from the case overview. The case overview is most likely showing an old field. To fix, please try the following:

  • Go to the case overview > click the "Columns" button on top of the table.
  • Remove the old "Process Owner" field and create a new "Process Owner" field.
  • Test your process again, and run analytics to confirm that the column is populated.
