3161021 - We receive a mail regarding "Replace user reminder" although the user has not been deleted

Every so often we receive an automated email from notification@workflow.signavio.com with the subject" Replace user reminder". It contains a list of users that have been allegedly removed from our organization, without replacement process owners and task assignees.

However, the user(s) listed have not been removed and are still part of our Workflow organization. Why do we receive this notification? 

The notification has been sent in error. The issue has been solved in our SaaS environment and will be fixed in the next major On-Premise release as well.
