During development of a Workflow Accelerator process, periodically the following a conflict message appears, and we have to wait for the Workflow Accelerator to reboot. Most times the change that was just added to the flow is not saved. Please note that when this happens, only 1 person is in the flow when the message occurs. 

This is result of two separate browsers sessions accessing the same workflow, and attempting to make changes. This could be that a person is accessing Workflow Accelerator in two different browsers (either using the same browser or via browser incognito mode). Please check that you don't have two browser sessions active, if so, close the duplicate browser session.
