3161075 - Lock error using IDs instead of meaningful text

I've configured some case columns and the process was opened at the same time in Signavio Workflow Accelerator. A message is generated which uses IDs instead of meaningful text. What do the ID's mean and how can I identify the ID's? 

Could not lock workflow instance for the following reason: Workflow '7asd9ad8sa89sd8asf' is locked by 5gdf67sdf86df7sdf6

It's a known bug in Signavio Workflow Accelerator 3.76.4. The developers are working on it. If you have the same problem, please send a request to the support team.
