3161076 - In SAP Signavio Process Governance email notification, the image is not displayed.

When sending an email notification,  an 'email banner'/picture is used.
This is done using this format: 

The images are visible when previewing the email message; however, when the email is received the banner/picture is not shown. Why is this?

Please check if the image is available without being logged in to Sharepoint. Usually this problem stems from the fact that the image is not publicly available.
