3161084 - Not able to enter the hub, though invitation was received

I received the invitation mail for the hub, but though my email was added, I get the following error "ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT"

An invitation is not sufficient. You need to install a certificate provided by your Signavio administrator in your web browser. Please install the certificate in every single browser you are using to enter the collaboration hub. More information you can find in this guide
