3161120 - How big is the file contingent for my Process Manager workspace?

Your system tells me that I should expand the data quota and therefore contact you. I don't know how big the contingent is and how I can expand it.

You receive a quota of 10 MB per license (Enterprise, Enterprise Plus, Collaboration Hub, Classic, etc.).

Note that the maximum possible quota is 2048 MB per workspace.

Your quota will be displayed in the application if a lot of space is already used. You can also see the amount of your used and total storage space under Explorer > Import/Export > Upload document/picture.

Note that this data quota does not include models and diagrams, but only externally uploaded files (PDFs, Excel, other documents). We are also trying to restrict Process Manager from being misunderstood as a document management system. You have the option to link documents from a local network instead of uploading them to Process Manager.

Feel free to check if there are any files in your trash. These are also part of the data quota until they are completely deleted.
