Symptom
When I try to log in, my Process Manager account academic edition on https://academic.signavio.com/p/login it doesn't work. I need to reset my password for my academic account.
Resolution
Please use https://academic.signavio.com/p/resetPassword to reset your password.
If you still cannot find any confirmation/password reset email after checking your inbox, it might be that the email was sorted out automatically by a junk or spam filter. For university mailboxes, it can be also be that the email was captured and not passed through due to your university's email restrictions. In this case, please contact your responsible IT-Admin who is in charge of email services.
