3161152 - Can't zoom the modelling canvas without zooming the whole window in Chrome

As of recently, I cannot zoom into the modeling canvas without zooming the whole window when using CTRL+ Mousewheel. This worked before and this issue only occurs in Chrome, not in Firefox.
