3161172 - Diagram attribute and Process reports have duplicate links on the same Dictionary Item after merging entries

When I merge Dictionary items, duplicate entries show up on the process itself and on the Process Characteristics report.

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get fixed. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date, please create a ticket in our Support Portal and reference ticket SPM-14788.
