3161187 - Attribute utilization indicators

I would like to get some data about the utilization of an attribute. Is there some way I can determinate, e.g. how many times this attribute is filled in or how many % of the diagrams are filled with this attribute (etc.)?

There are no report, which would give you numbers of an attribute utilization out of the box. You can export diagram list with its attribute values via "Reporting" > "Process Characteristics with element details". Here you will have raw data, which could be processed to determine the indicators you are searching for.
