3161188 - A Dictionary Category cannot be deleted

When trying to delete a Dictionary category, the following error occurs.

"Please remove these custom attributes that are defined for this category or subcategory first"

However, the custom attribute cannot be found.

The issue can be resolved by one of the following solutions:

Solution 1: Reuse Existing Attribute

1. Re-create the attribute in another dictionary category using the option "Reuse existing attribute".
2. Then, delete the attribute using the option "Completely remove".

Solution 2: Create the Attribute.
If the attribute cannot be found to reuse, try just creating it.

1. Create the attribute in another dictionary category.  Do not use the option 
2. Then, the attribute using the option "Completely remove"

Solution 3: Use API calls to delete the attribute.
If the attribute still cannot be deleted, please do the following.

1. Log a SAP for Me Support ticket, using the component: BPI-SIG-PM-DIC 
2. Reference the internal SAP for Me Note 3242345.
3. Request assistance with deleting the attribute using API calls.
