I copied and pasted an image into the description, but after I saved the diagram the the image is gone and there is a broken link icon instead.
Resolution
Copy and pasting pictures into an attribute is not supported and this is a expected behavior. Please use the button to upload a picture in the toolbar when opening a attribute.
