3161220 - Some users don't have access to the content in "Shared documents" in Explorer in SAP Signavio Process Manager

Some users with a modeling license don't have access to content, like diagrams and files, in the folder “Shared documents” in the Explorer.  Why is that?

If the user can’t access content, their access rights will need to be checked. The access rights for modeling users can be defined. Please find more details about the access rights in the user guide: Manage access rights
