3161245 - Active Directory user quota almost exceeded

We received an email notification with the subject "Active Directory user quota almost exceeded". I would like to ask how the "mechanic" works for this.

This behaviour is described in our Process Manager Administrator Guide, more precisely in the chapter that talks about the Active Directory integration.

With Collaboration Hub, you purchased a contingent of Active Directory users who are allowed to get read access to models that were published in Signavio Collaboration Hub. When calculating the number of active users, the system considers all users that have been granted access to the hub.

If the quantity of Collaboration Hub users reaches 80% of the contingent, your workspace administrator automatically receives an email notification.

As the notification states we suggest that you can extend your Hub license. Alternatively you can set up and reference a different Active Directory group with a smaller number of authorized users.
