3161247 - Enforcing a Dictionary Category for Custom Attributes in the Process Manager Convention Checks

Symptom

In the Process Manager Convention Checks, you can define custom mandatory attributes, so if the diagram contains empty mandatory attributes it is reported in the modelling convention check.
Can the dictionary category where the attribute must be located be nominate?
This would mean if a dictionary entry was archived and moved to an archived dictionary category, as part of the convention checks, the modeller would be alerted to update the entry.
At the moment, there is a check for the attribute to be populated, but not that it is populated with data from the correct dictionary category.
