3161248 - Image in published diagram appears broken in Collaboration Hub

When I insert an image in my published diagram, it is viewable in the editor, but the image appears broken in Collaboration Hub. 

• Process Manager
• Collaboration Hub 
• Diagram editor 

1. Open the diagram editor and insert an image into an attribute.  
2. Save and publish the diagram.  
3. Open the published diagram in Collaboration Hub.  
4. Observe that the image appears broken.  

Images are not automatically published along with the diagram, leading to broken images in Collaboration Hub.

As images have to be explicitly published in order to be viewable in the publish mode of Collaboration Hub, please ensure that all images used in the diagram are published. 

This can be denoted by a small globe appearing in the bottom left corner of icons in Process Manager.

Images can be published to Collaboration Hub after being inserted by doing the following: 

1. Select the affected image

2. Navigate to Share > Publish to Signavio Process Collaboration Hub
3. In the window that appears select any further images you wish to see in Collaboration Hub

4. Click the Publish button that appears at the bottom right of the Window
