3161272 - In Signavio Process Manager, are the move and delete functions interdependent

In Signavio Process Manager, are the move and delete functions interdependent?  I.e. can we give people permission to Move without the permission to Delete? 

There is just a single setting for both, i.e Delete (D).

Delete (D)

Delete and move content To delete and move content between folders, users need write access for both folders and delete access for the folder from which the content is removed.

So, for a User/Group, if you only give Hub, Read Write access rights only

...Move and Delete options will be unavailable.
