3161282 - How to disable "My documents" folder for all of users in Explorer in SAP Signavio Process Manager?

 

Is it possible to either have the 'My documents' folder removed or access restricted so that users can only work in the public “Shared Documents” in Explorer?

This is possible and workspace administrators can choose to disable the My documents folder for every user in the workspace.  For more information please see  The ‘Shared documents’ and ‘My documents’ folders
