3161307 - Modelers can't edit the diagram and they are forwarded to Collaboration Hub

I reorganized the folder structure and added a new folder. Now some modelers can't create new diagrams. When they try to access a model in the new folder via the editor, Signavio opens the diagram in Collaboration Hub instead.

Changing folder/diagram names or adding of a new folder don't have any influence on the access rights.

First, you should check, to which group the mentioned user (or users) belongs.

In Signavio Explorer go to "Setup" → "Manage users & access rights" → change tab to "Users".
On the right side, you will find a list of user groups for this user. Now change tab to "Access rights" and select the folder to which the user should have access to. Check if their group is there, if not, add the group and give them the proper rights. If their group is there, please check the rights the group has. We have the following rights: Hub, Read, Write, Delete, Publish. If they only have Hub and Read, they are not allowed to open it in the Editor and that is why Collaboration Hub will open.

Please note:
The access rights are inherited. If you give users access to "Shared documents", they will be able to see all folders and models in the structure underneath. Also, if you move a folder from the structure, the user will lose access to it.
