I have an API issue and cannot find any suitable Knowledge Base Articles. What can I do?
Resolution
If you have got specific issues regarding API requests, please contact support via SAP for me. Please always include the following information in the case description:
- time and date, when the issue occurred
- e-mail address of the user working wit API
- name (or id) of the tenant, where the API requests were done
- API request code snippet
- received response
