How can I change the license type of a user?

You can't directly change the license type of a user, for example from QuickModel to Enterprise, from Enterprise to Hub. This is a current limitation and it has been reported.

There are 2 workarounds;

1. Contact the Signavio Support team: https://launchpad.support.sap.com
2. Delete the user and invite them again with the correct license.
