3161349 - Performance issues with IE in Velocity Hub

We have very poor response times of about 20 seconds per request with Internet Explorer 11 in the Velocity Hub. Is there something we can do?

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed. The performance issues in the Hub will be addressed in the end of 2020. Unfortunately, we cannot promise an exact date of the improvement, yet. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in our Support Portal and reference the ticket number SPM-9038.
